Renting conditions
The “short stay” solution applies to 3 days to one month leases only.
Your stay must be fully paid before your arrival.
Check-in at the StudiLodge residences must be done from Monday to Thursday between 9.00 a.m. and 12.30 a.m. and between 2.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m and Friday between 9.00 am. and 12.30 am. and between 2.00 pm. and 5.30 pm.
The reservation deposit is 100% of the price of the stay (if you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your arrival, we will refund your payment).
