Central Fac Residence, student residence in Bourg-en -Bresse

The Central Fac student residence is ideally located in the shopping district of Bourg-en-Bresse, within a few steps of the university campus CEUBA and the Champ de Foire Place. It is easily accessible by public transportation since the stops are right in front of the building.

The residence offers 112 comfortable students lodgings, from the studio apartment to the 2 room apartment, that are eligible for the ALS (Social Housing Allocation). They are distributed in colorful buildings.

In addition to an easy access to all amenities, movie theaters, a theater and many stores will make life easy and pleasant in this modern residence that was built in 2011.

Your caretaker is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Every month, upon request, we can do the cleaning of your apartment. This service includes the dusting and cleaning of the floors, the bathroom and the kitchenette. We can also lend you a vacuum cleaner and other household appliances, such as an iron and an ironing board.

Tableware loan

With a deposit of 50 €, the residence provides plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs. Your moving boxes will like it!

Rental bed and bath linen

You come from far away and couldn’t bring bed and bath linen? For 50€ per month, you can rent a kit that includes sheets, pillow, duvet, towels, bathmat...

Laundry room

You can do your laundry in the washing machines and dryers that are available 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There is a charge for using them and for the detergent.

Breakfast service

For 6 €, you can have breakfast every morning in the cafeteria. This room will allow you to eat and meet great people.

Breakfast room

If need be, this room can be used to organize a birthday party, a festive meal or for group working. You can get the key from the caretaker. For your information, the StudiLodge staff will arrange parties in this space (welcome drinks, theme nights...).
